FOUR places remain in the men’s singles quarter-finals at the 2018 French Open.

Novak Djokovic, Alexander Zverev and Dominic Thiem are already through, as is Italian upstart Marco Cecchinato.

Also looking to continue his surprising run at Roland Garros is Maximilian Marterer, who tackles Rafael Nadal next up.

Simona Halep remains on-track in the women’s draw, but all the focus is on Serena Williams and her blockbuster clash with Maria Sharapova.

This week’s French Open odds come courtesy of William Hill – one of the world’s leading online bookmakers.

Diego Schwartzman (11) vs. Kevin Anderson (6)

Schwartzman – -136.99
Anderson – +110

Schwartzman needed only three sets to eliminate the talented Borna Coric over the weekend, while Anderson required four to overcome noted giant killer Mischa Zverez. The sixth seed has the head-to-head advantage, but Schwartzman is a tough cookie on clay and his form is very good.

Juan Martin del Potro (5) vs. John Isner (9)

Del Potro – -227.27
Isner – +175

These two have a long history on the ATP Tour, with big Juan Martin winning six of 10 meetings. Not one of those matches were played on clay, however, nor did any of them occur in a grand slam. Del Potro looked very good against Albert Ramos-Vinolas, so he gets our vote.

Marin Cilic (3) vs. Fabio Fognini

Cilic – -250
Fognini – +190

Once considered little more than a serve-volley specialist, Cilic is getting better and better as he approaches his 30th birthday. The Croat made light work of Steve Johnson and should do the same to Fabio Fognini as he aims at a third final in the space of four major tournaments.

Serena Williams vs. Maria Sharapova (28)

Williams – -149.25
Sharapova – +120

Is Williams intimidated by Sharapova and her “supermodel good looks”? That extraordinary 14-year-old claim from Donald Trump will be put to the test in the matchup of the women’s draw thus far. Both made minced meat of decent opposition in the third round, but Serena’s fairytale form is impossible to ignore.

Today’s French Open multi odds

  • Schwartzman to win – -136.99
  • Del Potro to win – -227.27
  • Cilic to win – -250
  • Williams to win – -149.25

William Hill odds = +482
