EPL week 29 parlay

EPL week 29 parlay
After an entertaining round of midweek matches, there won’t be any respite for teams in the English top division, as Premier League action will be in full swing this weekend.

Not only is Match Week 29 just a matter of days after a demanding week of top flight football, but it also falls ahead of the all-important second leg of the Champions League Round of 16 set to be played next week.

The North London derby will flag off action for this weekend, with Tottenham Hostspur playing host to Arsenal on Saturday noon, while champions Manchester City will be away to Bournemouth in the 3pm kick off.

Seeing that Pep Guardiola’s side will be away from the City, Manchester United will be welcoming Southampton to Old Trafford at a similar time. Our first feature game on Sunday will see Chelsea make the cross city trip to Craven Cottage to play against Fulham, whereas the Merseyside derby will close down the curtain for Match Week 29.

Premier League multi-bet for Match Week 29:

Both Spurs and Arsenal to score – -175.44
Man City to win – -384.62
Man United to win – -204.08
Chelsea to win – -169.49

Parlay leg 1 – Tottenham Hotspur vs. Arsenal

Saturday, March 2 – 12:30p.m Local time – Wembley Stadium, London, United Kingdom

Mauricio Pochettino will surely be hoping to arrest the sudden intolerable decline by his side this weekend when Tottenham Hotspur welcomes bitter rivals Arsenal at England’s most iconic stadium.

Spurs have endured a poor week of football that saw them fall to away defeats against Burnley and Chelsea; losing 2-1 to the Clarets last weekend and 2-0 Chelsea on Wednesday night.

The Gunners on the other hand have enjoyed a fine run over recent weeks; none more so than on Wednesday night when they blitzed past Bournemouth with a 5-1 win at the Emirates.

Given the gamut of emotions previously displayed in this fixture, the North London derby assuredly won’t be without goals.

Prediction: Both teams to score – -175.44 at Bovada

Parlay leg 2– Bournemouth vs. Manchester City

Saturday, March 2 – 3:00p.m Local time – Vitality Stadium, Bournemouth, United Kingdom

Manchester City will continue with their chase for the quadruple this weekend when they make the trip to Bournemouth in the Premier League.

The Citizens, who secured their first trophy of the season last weekend by beating Chelsea 4-3 on penalties in the EFL Cup final, will be strongly fancying their chances when they meet Eddie Howe’s side on Saturday.

Pep Guardiola’s charges appeared labored when they grinded out a 1-0 win at home to West Ham United during their midweek Premier League encounter, but the champions should secure maximum points against a Bournemouth side that not only got drubbed 5-1 in their last outing, but is also without a win in their last four league games.

Prediction: Man City to win – -384.62 at Bovada

Parlay leg 3 – Manchester United vs. Southampton

Saturday, March 2 – 3:00p.m Local time – Old Trafford, Manchester, United Kingdom

Manchester United will be hoping for another routine win when they play host to relegation threatened Southampton this Saturday.

Despite having limited selection options due to the current injury crisis at the club, Ole Gunner Solskjaer’s side was able to bounce back from their goalless draw with Liverpool last weekend; winning 3-1 at Selhurst Park during their midweek bout with Crystal Palace.

The win was their eighth successive triumph on the road since the Norwegian’s appointment as interim manager in December.

Still just a point behind fourth placed Arsenal, United should be able to make light work of the Saints on home turf ahead of Wednesday’s decisive trip to Paris in the last 16 of the Champions League.

Prediction: Man United to win – -204.08 at Bovada

Parlay leg 4 – Fulham vs. Chelsea

Sunday, March 3 – 2:05p.m Local time – Craven Cottage, London, United Kingdom

Of all the top clubs in the English top flight, Chelsea is unequivocally the strangest.

In the last month alone, the Blues have lost 4-0 to Bournemouth, thrashed Huddersfield Town 5-0 only to beaten within an inch of their lives by Manchester City during the six goal thriller.

The Blues looked doomed when a “misunderstanding” between manager Maurizio Sarri and his first choice goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga led to an almighty altercation during the EFL Cup final; underpinning the reef between the players and the coaching staff.

Although Sarri’s fate at the Bridge looks to be cast in stone, being that no manager in the modern game can lose his dressing room then live to tell about it, Chelsea shouldn’t have any major problems navigating their way past relegation bound Fulham.

Prediction: Chelsea to win – -169.49 at Bovada

Parlay leg 5 – Everton vs. Liverpool

Sunday, March 3 – 4:15p.m Local time – Goodison Park, Liverpool, United Kingdom

One of the most feisty football derbies in English football will take place this weekend when Everton welcomes Liverpool to Goodison Park in the Merseyside derby.

Everton climbed to ninth on the log after their midweek 3-0 win away to Cardiff City was complimented by West Ham’s 1-0 defeat at the hands of the champions.

As much as the Toffees would relish halting Liverpool’s title charge, the Merseyside derby promisingly looks to take another predictable outcome.

Prediction: Liverpool to win – -158.73 at Bovada
