THE first round of the NBA playoffs are coming to a conclusion but there’s still several nail-bitting match-ups which are taking place.
The Wizards and the Hawks are trading blows like prize fighters, the Bulls are on the verge of elimination after taking the first two games against the Celtics while the Jazz and the Clippers are engaged in a bitter western conference battle.
It is all to play for this Friday night.

Atlanta Hawks vs. Washington Wizards
Friday, April 28 from 7.30 pm Pacific Time, Phillips Arena, Atlanta
It is win or go home – or stay home in this case – for the Atlanta Hawks as they host the Washington Wizards on Friday night.
The Hawks trial the Wizards by three games to two in the series and nothing short of a win will do for Dwight Howard and his teammates.
The one thing both teams have been able to do this series is protect their home court.
The closest margin between the two sides has been four points, and the Hawks have not let their opponents get within single digits in both of their home wins in this series.
We expect this trend to continue.
The Hawks should be able to force a game seven back in the nation’s capital – and everyone knows anything can happen in game seven.
Atlanta Hawks to win: -150
Chicago Bulls vs. Boston Celtics
Friday, April 28 from 8 pm Pacific Time, United Center, Chicago
After a strong opening to the series from the Bulls the Celtics have the ability to advance through to the second round of the NBA Playoffs if they can beat the Bulls in Chicago on Friday night.
The Bulls looked sensational early in the series, but after losing former Celtic Rajon Rondo to a wrist injury the men from the windy city have fallen in a hole.
The closest margin between the two sides since Rondo’s absence has been nine points, and the Cs have delivered two double digit losses to the Bulls.
Rondo has already been ruled out of game six so we are sensing a game six elimination game for the Bulls. The Celtics should easily beat the home side again to advance through to the next round.
Boston Celtics to win: -140
Utah Jazz vs. LA Clippers
Friday, April 28 from 10.30 pm Pacific Time, Vivint Smart Home Arena, Salt Lake City
The dour defense of the Utah Jazz meets the flair of the Clippers in Salt Lake City in the final leg of our parlay.
The Jazz have been exceptional in shutting down the Clippers’ offensive weapons in the series. The high-scoring LA team have scored over 100 points just once in this matchup, and were kept to just 92 points at home in game five.
Utah does not need to score heavily to win games, but they have surpassed triple figures three times this series. At this point the Jazz have more avenues to victory as opposed to the Clippers, who need to outgun and outclass their opponents in order to win.
We are expecting the Jazz to win on Friday and finish off our parlay in style.
Utah Jazz to win: -245
