Leg 1 – Ohio State vs. Maryland

Ohio State is the 10th ranked team in the nation and while their season finale facing Michigan is HUGE and may determine a BCS berth they cannot overlook Maryland. The Terrapins have lost two in a row and they need one more win to become bowl eligible. However, they face Ohio State in this game and in their finale nit the road to face a ranked Penn State team.

Ohio State is led by their offense that ranks 10th in the nation in points per game and they rank third in the nation in passing yards per game. That is not good for Maryland, who have given up 58 points in their last two games. However, the strength of the Terps defense is their pass defense that ranks 18th in the nation.

The Buckeyes are a big betting favorite in this game, but they have failed to cover the spread in five of their last seven games. Still, they are the pick in this game facing a Maryland team that has lost two in a row.

Tip: Ohio State to cover -14.5 at -111.11 with Bovada.

Leg 2 – West Virginia vs. Oklahoma State

West Virginia is ranked ninth in the nation and they may have their BCS fate in their hands. They are tied for first place with Oklahoma atop the Big 12 standings and they face the Sooners at home in their last game of the season. The Mountaineers have one of the best passing offenses in the nation led by Will Grier and they rank 11th in points per game.

This has not been the best season, by far, for Oklahoma State, who need one more win to be bowl eligible. They have lost two in a row and four of their last five games and in their last two games they have given up 83 points. However, the Cowboys nearly pulled off a shocker losing to Oklahoma 48-47 in their last game.

OSU has the offense, but their defense has been the issue this season and they only rank 75th in the nation in pass defense.

Look for the Mountaineers to stay hot and rack up the passing yards, as they will win and cover.

Tip: West Virginia to cover -5 at -111.11 with Bovada.

Leg 3 – Iowa State vs. Texas

Iowa State has won four in a row and they are back in the top 25. They are led by a defense that ranks 22nd in the nation giving up an average of 20.4 ppg. In their four-game win streak they have allowed more than 14 points only once.

Texas snapped their two-game losing streak in their last game facing Texas Tech, who do not have a good defense. The Longhorns are pretty balanced, but their D struggled in losing two straight before a win in their last game.

In the last six games between these teams at Texas the total has gone Under and look for that trend to continue.

Tip: Iowa State vs. Texas Under 50.5 points at -111.11 with Bovada.
