Novak Djokovic has firmed to +200 at Bovada in the outright betting for the 2019 French Open.
The news comes after the Serbian star claimed his third Madrid Open title with a clinical win over Stefanos Tsitsipas in the final.

Djokovic went the entire tournament without dropping a set – a feat that was aided by Marin Cilic’s withdrawal in the quarter-finals.
He also did not have to face Rafael Nadal, who lost out to Tsitsipas in the semis.
The Spanish great has now failed to reach the final at Monte Carlo, Barcelona and Madrid, where he has picked up a combined total of 27 singles titles since 2005.

Although he made the last four in each of those events, that rare slump on the clay has considerably tightened up the odds for this year’s French Open.
Nadal is still the +137 favourite, but there is a chance he will fall off the top line of betting by the time the tournament starts on May 26.

The other player with plenty of support from punters is Dominic Thiem (+450), who defeated Rafa en route to the Barcelona title in April.

The Swiss superstar reached the quarter-finals at Madrid in his first competitive start since winning the Miami Open in March.
