Recent legislative and regulatory reforms have muddied the waters for British and Irish betting outlets, as has the meteoric rise of online gambling.
Playtech CCO John Pettit believes this latest deal highlights the company’s commitment to improving and sustaining the High Street betting shop.
“We’re delighted to have extended our deal with Paddy Power and look forward to providing their customers with the best product available over the next four years,” he said.
“This partnership allows us to continue investing in innovation and demonstrates the faith we both have in the future of retail betting in the UK and Ireland.”
